Subscribe here for more videos! - https://tinyurl.com/y9zf8ns2 Vegan Meatloaf : Recipe: 1 1/2 cups brown or green lentils 3 1/2 Cups water or vegetable broth 1 large onion diced 2 Cloves garlic minced 3 Tbsp Olive oil 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 Cup celery 1 Cup grated carrot 1 Small grated apple 1 1/2 cups ground oat flour or whatever flour you want to use 3 TBS Nutritional yeast flake 3 TSP tomato paste 1/2 TSP ground sage 1 TSP fresh sage or dried sage 1 TSP Rosemary 1/4 cup or to taste Ketchup or bbq sauce 2 TBS Worcester sauce 2 TBS soy sauce or tamari sauce Preheat oven to 350 In a large soup or large stock pot simmer lentils in water or vegetable broth for 30 min making sure they are really soft. Add olive oil to a pan and Saute the onions, carrots, celery, apple, and garlic for about 10 min and add the Sage and Rosemary, and tyme, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce or Tamari sauce about 3 min before done. Mix your egg replacer 1 1/2 TBS flax seed or chia seeds with 4 TSP water set aside till needed, This is a binder for our loaf. When the lentils are done add your flour and Nutritional yeast flake. When your sauteed vegetables are done add them to your lentils mix and incorporated all very well and add your egg replacement. Place in your baking dish with parchment paper or well-greased pan and bake like it is or add ketchup or bbq sauce to the top covering the entire loaf. Check after 20 min to make sure you don't need to add more, put back in oven and continue to bake until done, use the knife test to make sure it's done, mine took 1 hour to finish. Enjoy!
